About Us

At Gibbins Advisors, we believe healthcare is more than an industry—it’s a lifeline for patients, the livelihood of caregivers and the backbone of communities.

It’s complex, fast-moving, and deeply human. And in the middle market, organizations often face the same challenges as large systems—like workforce shortages, tighter profit margins, and shifting models of care—but with fewer resources and more at stake. That’s where we come in.

Gibbins Advisors was founded to fill a gap in the middle market—offering a hands-on, experienced team that partners closely with clients to deliver smart, efficient and practical solutions that get results. We’ve built our firm around a simple principle: every client deserves the close attention of senior-level experts and strategies that work in the real world – not just on paper. We’re proud to be a firm that’s big enough to bring deep expertise and proven methods, yet small enough to give every client focused attention and care.

Founded in 2019 by Ronald Winters and Clare Moylan, Gibbins Advisors is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and now operates across the United States and Australia.

We’re a team of restructuring professionals and healthcare operations experts who roll up our sleeves and stand beside our clients—whether providers, investors, lenders, or creditors—through times of uncertainty, financial distress, or transformation. Our services include financial restructuring, performance improvement, interim management, fiduciary roles, transaction advisory, and litigation support—all tailored to the realities of organizations under pressure.

Because we specialize in healthcare, we understand the clinical, financial, regulatory, and stakeholder dynamics that shape every decision. That allows us to move quickly, ask the right questions, and craft strategies that not only solve immediate challenges but position our clients for long-term success.

Success in healthcare restructuring and turnaround takes more than technical skill—it demands commitment, creativity, and care. We’re here to help our clients navigate change, preserve access to healthcare, and improve outcomes for the communities they serve.
