Proven track record managing organizations ranging from a 125-bed, $200M facility to a 463-bed, $1.7B two-hospital system with 1,800+ employees and 30+ employed physicians.

Mark brings more than 15 years of CFO experience in Alabama, where prudent financial leadership, cash flow and resource stewardship are critical to success. At Regional Medical Center (“RMC”) in Anniston, Alabama, Mark served as CFO for ~10 years (through 2025), with the prior ~7 years as its Controller. During his tenure he developed and administered an annual operating budget in excess of $230M, led a significant performance turnaround, the closure of a non-viable hospital, the strategic acquisition and integration of a key competitor hospital and successfully secured HUD financing for long term debt.
